I. Foreign passengers who are to take a direct flight from Cambodia to China, or to transit in those countries that have not yet required COVID-19 negative certificates before flying to China, do not need to take nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 before boarding until further notice.

II. Some countries(See Attachment 1) have implemented the requirements of obtaining COVID-19 negative certificates before boarding the flights to China. Therefore, foreign passengers who are to transit in the above-mentioned countries and then fly to China, need to take nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 at institutions or hospitals designated by Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kingdom of Cambodia in order to obtain a certified Health Declaration Form from the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia. Airlines will check the forms before the passengers board the connecting flights to China. It is important that the passengers ultimately bound for China who are to transit via the above-mentioned countries should make sure that their Health Declaration Forms are valid and certified before boarding the flights to China, otherwise, airlines should not allow them on board.

1. Testing time and institutions

All passengers who are to transit in the above-mentioned countries and then fly to China, need to take nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 within five days before boarding the flights to China. Tests could be taken at institutions or hospitals designated by Chinese Embassy in Cambodia(See Attachment 2).

2. Application procedures for Health Declaration Form

Within 24 hours of getting the COVID-19 negative certificate, a foreign passenger should send a scanned photocopy of the passport data page, COVID-19 negative certificate and signed Health Declaration Form(See Attachment 3) to the designated email address of the Embassy (nat_khm@163.com) for assessment. The Embassy will send the certified form back to the passenger via email. The passenger should print out and bring a hard copy of the certified form to the airport.
